What type of virtualizations do you support ?

We have only KVM VPS nodes because this type of virtualisation dedicates the resouces used by the VPS only to the specific instance and they are not shared with other users.

Is there a control panel for my VPS ?

Yes, we offer a virtualizor panel access to every vps customer.

What payment methods are accepted ?

Bullethost accepts Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Paypal & Credit/Debit cards trough the Paypal payment gateway.

What is VPS reseller and how does it work ?

Our VPS reseller plan is basically a cloud account access on our Virtualizor panel which has dedicated resources like RAM, Storage, CPU cores and IP's and allows you to create VPS servers with your own specs !

What am I allowed to host ?

The list is long but we can give you an idea of what ISN'T allowed on our servers:

Underage pornography, malware, spam, brute-force, terrorism and so on. For more information you can refer to our terms of service page.

Do you have offer custom plans for VPS servers ?

Yes, we offer all kinds of custom configurations, just submit a ticket and we will create a plan for you.

I want to become a reseller but what about abuse reports ?

Abuse reports are forwarded to our resellers and most reports have to be resolved within 24 hours, however we keep close contacts with our resellers to solve any potential issue before it appears.

Are dedicated servers upgradeable ?

Yes, some of our dedicated servers can be upgraded in terms of RAM, storage, port speed and bandwidth.
