We are currently experiencing a network issue on one of our Netherlands Xeon nodes and we are working on resolving this as soon as possible.
The Alipay payment gateway is now fully operational again. The issue was caused by a problem with the IPN functionality, which reports to our billing system when a transaction is completed.
