About the last night's network issue.

Since the unplanned maintenance of the datacenter at 01.11.2024 where a faulty fiber had to be replaced some customers are experiencing packet loss possibly due to the downtime of our Radware Defense in result of the maintenance. Radware uses Artificial Intelligence to learn and filter malicious traffic but since it was restarted the already bound rules were lost which caused packet loss across nodes. 

However we are are working on mitigating the issue manually for now and replace it with a better alternative in the future.
